Information we use

You may use Pet Photo Lab without an account. If you register, we process the verified phone number, email address, or Google profile needed to provide sign-in, account security, and your Beta credit balance.

Photos and creations

Uploaded photos and generated creations are used only to provide the requested generation service. Creations are private to your browser or account and are retained for up to 24 hours. Pet Photo Lab does not use them to train its own models.

Service providers

We use configured AI generation providers, Alibaba Cloud SMS for +86 verification codes, Resend for email codes, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform that service.

Control and deletion

You can sign out or delete your account from the account page. Account deletion removes account records and account-owned creations; creations already due to expire are also removed by the retention process.
